End User Licence Agreement — "Olla" QuickBooks Integration

1. Purpose and Scope

This End User Licence Agreement (the "Agreement") governs the use of "Olla" (the "Application"), a private software integration developed and operated by OLLA BOWLS FZCO ("the Company"), a company registered in the IFZA Free Zone, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

The Application connects to the Company's own QuickBooks Online company file through Intuit's official API for the sole purpose of internal accounting, bookkeeping and financial reporting.

2. Permitted Users

Use of the Application is restricted to the Company's directors and to accounting professionals expressly authorised by the Company. The Application is not offered to the public, is not distributed through any marketplace, and has no external customers or end users.

3. Licence

No licence, right or interest in the Application is granted to any third party. Any unauthorised access, use, reproduction or distribution of the Application is prohibited.

4. Data and Privacy

Access to accounting data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement.

5. Authorisation and Termination

Access to QuickBooks Online data is granted through Intuit's OAuth 2.0 authorisation and may be revoked by the Company at any time from the QuickBooks Online account settings. Revocation immediately terminates the Application's ability to access any data.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Application is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. The Company remains solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness and regulatory compliance of its own accounting records, irrespective of the use of the Application.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Application.

8. Third-Party Services

The Application relies on services provided by Intuit Inc. Use of those services is additionally governed by Intuit's own terms and privacy policy. The Company is not responsible for the availability, performance or policies of third-party services.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the regulations of the IFZA Free Zone, Dubai.
