Privacy Policy — "Olla" QuickBooks Integration

1. Overview

This Privacy Policy applies to "Olla" (the "Application"), a private integration developed and operated by OLLA BOWLS FZCO ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in the IFZA Free Zone, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

The Application is used exclusively for the internal accounting and bookkeeping operations of OLLA BOWLS FZCO. It is not distributed, sold, licensed or otherwise made available to any third party, and it has no external end users.

2. Data the Application Accesses

Through Intuit's official QuickBooks Online API, the Application accesses accounting data belonging to OLLA BOWLS FZCO's own company file, which may include transactions, invoices, bills, customer and supplier records, chart of accounts, journal entries and financial reports.

The Application does not collect data from website visitors, customers of the online store, or any other individual outside our own accounting records.

3. How the Data Is Used

Accounting data is accessed solely to review, analyse, reconcile and maintain our own financial records, and to prepare financial statements and regulatory filings. The data is not used for marketing, profiling, advertising or any automated decision-making affecting individuals.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, trade or otherwise disclose data accessed through the Application to third parties. Data may be made available to our appointed accountants, auditors or tax advisors where necessary to fulfil our statutory obligations, and to competent authorities where required by law.

5. Security

Authentication is performed exclusively through Intuit's OAuth 2.0 protocol. The Application does not store QuickBooks user credentials. Access tokens are held in a restricted local environment controlled by OLLA BOWLS FZCO and are not transmitted to third-party servers.

6. Data Retention

Accounting records are retained in accordance with the record-keeping requirements applicable to UAE Free Zone companies. Authorisation to the Application may be revoked at any time from the QuickBooks Online account settings, which immediately terminates all data access.

Any revision to this Policy will be published on this page with an updated revision date.
